Thank you for taking the time to review the Draft Downtown Napa Specific Plan. As you know, the Downtown Napa Specific Plan expresses the community’s vision for Downtown Napa and provides a strategy for achieving that vision. The Revised Draft Plan includes detailed policies, development standards and guidelines for land use, design, circulation and utilities to steer future public and private improvements and development in the Downtown Area. This Revised Draft incorporates all comments received on the draft as outlined in the Comments Matrix (found here).
