Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Downtown Napa Specific Plan
The Downtown Napa Specific Plan would guide all new development in the Planning Area through detailed policies, design guidelines and development standards and financing mechanisms.
The City of Napa issued a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the proposed project (State Clearinghouse No. 2010042043) on Friday, January 27, 2012 for the statutory 45-day public review period. The public review comment period will conclude on Monday, March 12, 2012.

Draft Downtown Napa Specific Plan - Comments Matrix
To help facilitate review of the Draft Downtown Napa Specific Plan, the City prepared a “Comments Matrix.” This matrix organizes all of the comments received from both the Steering Committee and the public, by topic. It indicates whether each issue is addressed or allowed in the Plan, any comments regarding that particular issue, and what section to find how that issue is addressed in the Specific Plan.Click here to access the Comments Matrix.
